You will complete a 30-day extensive training conducted by our Global Sourcing team process experts and leaders across the globe. After the training program, you will be part of an impactful team responsible for managing the Emerson sourcing process for all categories of indirect material and service procurement. If this sounds like a perfect fit for you, apply now and join our team in Mandaluyong City, Philippines In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Oversee the planning and management of end-to-end sourcing events and follow execution to ensure timely completion. Develop the Sourcing Approach, identifying suppliers and finalizing the sourcing strategy. Perform digital sourcing requirements and events in Oracle and other procurement systems. Execute the necessary RFx to include requests for information, proposals, quotes, and bids to support the category management team. Conduct necessary sourcing requirements and report potential timelines and resource adjustments to the Sourcing Supervisor. Conduct award scenario analysis to supplement the category management and analytics teams' decision-making. Assist in building the RFx tools and templates for sourcing execution. Initiate sourcing/negotiation improvements based on previous projects' insights. Who You Are: You hold yourself and others accountable for meeting commitments. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Operations, or a similar field. 7+ years of experience in procurement operations, global sourcing, supplier management, commodity risk management, budgeting, financial reporting, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI. Working knowledge of e-procurement tools such as Ariba, Oracle Procurement, Sourcing Applications, etc. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart Advanced course/ Master's Degree and/or professional certifications in procurement, technology, leadership, strategy, and/or project management are a plus. 5+ years of experience in the pertinent category is a plus.
