Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager at Lanson Place Mall of Asia in Manila. The Finance Manager will oversee the property's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing audits, analyzing financial data to guide business decisions, and optimizing financial performance. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments, manage financial risks, and provide strategic insights for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Strong competence in Financial Reporting and Audit Management
  • Knowledge of Financial Regulations, Risk Management, and Compliance
  • Experience with Accounting Systems and Software
  • Strategic Thinking, Decision-Making Skills, and Business Acumen
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership abilities
  • Possession of a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA qualification preferred)
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or real estate sector is advantageous
