We are looking for a well-experienced
Finance Manager
who will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's general ledger operations and supporting the Director of Finance. Likewise, this person will be responsible for efficiently running the accounting department in line with Hyatt corporate standards while meeting guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably with at least 3 years of managerial experience in accounting, or 5 years of solid experience in a top 3 auditing firm.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel financial operations, budgeting processes, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Opera, Iscala) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to manage complex tasks and attention to details.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • This position is open to local candidates or Philippine passport holders with valid working rights.
