What is your mission?

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer billing, payment processing, and account reconciliation. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel, and the ability to work accurately under deadlines. You will handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations while collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing issues and support financial close processes.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Process and post incoming payments accurately and on time
  • Reconcile payments from portals such as Stripe, , Flywire, and direct bank deposits
  • Categorize and code transactions in QuickBooks Online, ensuring proper allocation to general ledger accounts
  • Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and resolve reconciling items
  • Generate and send customer invoices, statements, and account summaries
  • Monitor accounts for outstanding debts and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding payment status, discrepancies, and account queries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer billing issues
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate unapplied payments or variances
  • Prepare aging reports and assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities
  • Support audits by providing requested documentation and explanations
Who are we looking for?
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with US GAAP
  • Knowledge of Dynamics Business Central is a plus
  • Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
