About the role

As a Sales Associate for BEAUTY FOR U INT OPC', you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our premium skincare products and services at our retail location in Greenhills San Juan City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position, focused on building lasting relationships with our clients and delivering a world-class shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engaging with customers, understanding their skincare needs and recommending the best products and services to meet those needs
  2. Providing demonstrations and samples to help customers discover new products
  3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  4. Maintaining a neat, organized and visually appealing store environment
  5. Participating in product training to expand your knowledge of our brand and offerings
  6. Collaborating with the wider retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
  4. Enthusiasm for working as part of a dynamic retail team
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a visually appealing and organised store environment
