Job Overview

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales performance in assigned products or categories within the store. The position focuses on delivering excellent customer service through product expertise and engagement, ensuring store displays are maintained according to merchandising standards, and monitoring stock levels to support timely replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for designated product lines or categories.
  • Record, analyze, and report sales performance on a regular basis.
  • Provide quality customer service by sharing product knowledge and assisting with inquiries.
  • Maintain attractive, organized, and compliant store displays.
  • Keep track of inventory levels across all SKUs and assist in preparing purchase orders to ensure product availability.

Qualifications

  • Senior High School graduate or College level.
  • At least 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory management is an advantage.
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
