Store Supervisor

Overall Job Purpose:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch/store. Ensure the smooth running of store activities, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead a motivated team. This role involves managing staff, optimizing store performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Specific Tasks:

  1. Staff Management:

· Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.

· Create and manage staff schedules.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.

· Handle employee concerns and disciplinary actions as needed.

  1. Customer Service:

· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.

· Implement and maintain customer service standards.

· Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

  1. Store Operations:

· Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

· Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

· Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

  1. Sales and Marketing:

· Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

· Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and events.

· Analyze sales reports and market trends to optimize product placement and merchandising.

  1. Cash Management:

· Manage cash handling procedures, including cash deposits and reconciliation.

· Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability.

· Prepare financial reports and submit them to the management team as needed.

Qualifications:

· A college degree holder

· Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory role or similar position.

· Strong leadership and team management abilities.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· Willing to be assigned at any branch in Metro Manila.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
