About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance and Accounting Staff to join the dynamic team at Sert Technology Inc.'. This is a full-time position based in General Trias City Cavite. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning and analysis activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • With proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the accounting industry, Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
