Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive A&R Assistant and Operations Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal position where you will manage the systems and processes that power our A&R strategy, streamline operations, and maximize the effectiveness of our founders. If you are detail-driven, thrive on building order out of complexity, and have a genuine passion for music, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to discovering the next wave of hit records.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Database Management

  • Manage and maintain the company CRM with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Log all contacts, communications, and song submissions daily.

Systematic Outreach

  • Execute weekly email outreach campaigns to our network of publishers, managers, and A&R executives.
  • Ensure communications are professional, timely, and aligned with company goals.

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Manage the diaries of the co-founders, coordinating meetings with key industry figures.
  • Fill dedicated call blocks each week with ~16x 30-minute meetings.

A&R Administration

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming song submissions.
  • Log submissions into the CRM and perform an initial filter in line with client briefs.

Reporting

  • Produce a clear and concise weekly report covering outreach activity, meetings scheduled, and new song submissions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in operations, executive assistance, or project management (music/entertainment industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for music and understanding of the A&R landscape is highly desirable.
