Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager - Accounts and Finance role located in Pasay. The Assistant Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounting records, preparing financial statements, supporting audits, and providing insights for strategic financial planning. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely processing of financial transactions will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting skills including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in financial tools and software, such as accounting systems and Excel
  • Experience in strategic financial planning, financial analysis, and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
  • Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
