About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Victorian Placement Agency' in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. As a Customer Service Rep., you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and assistance to our valued customers through various communication channels, including messaging. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via messaging platforms
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and updating customer information in the database
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and contributing to the development of customer service strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality assurance

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a messaging or chat-based environment
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think quickly and make informed decisions
  • A friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and technology, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments
