Platform Architecture Lead
About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Platform Architecture Lead to join a leading financial institution. This critical role involves architecting, governing, and optimizing our Service Management platforms, with a strong focus on ServiceNow. You will be essential in defining our platform strategy, ensuring architectural integrity, driving automation, and embedding governance across all service integration tools.

Key Responsibilities

* Platform Architecture & Governance:

* Serve as the ServiceNow Architect and    key architectural consultant for Service Management-related tools (ITSM, Monitoring, CMDB, etc.).

* Define and document the integration architecture for non-cloud-native components, establishing clear integration blueprints and standards across technology towers.

* Embed robust governance controls and architectural standards into all new platform rollouts via formal design checkpoints and release governance.

* Establish comprehensive platform governance for shared services, including defining ownership, performance targets, compliance mandates, and lifecycle policies.

* Strategy & Optimization:

* Lead the development, publishing, and maintenance of the organization's Service Catalogue.

* Baseline the current-state tool architecture (related to Service Integration/Service Management), identify overlaps, and initiate regular platform audits to ensure continued alignment.

* Recommend and drive tool rationalization strategies across the ecosystem to identify redundancies and ensure platform integrity.

* Identify automation requirements and manage their end-to-end implementation process.

* Collaboration & Inventory:

* Collaborate closely with platform squads to assess architectural designs, evaluate deployment risks, and ensure solutions adhere to defined standards.

* Maintain a current and accurate inventory of key platform tools (ITSM, Monitoring, CMDB, etc.) and assign clear ownership with supporting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

* 5-8 years of total experience in a relevant technical or architectural capacity.

* 10-12 years of experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining a Service Catalogue.

* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

* Excellent Verbal & Written communication skills for effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* A solid understanding of Service Management and Service Integration principles.

* Certification: ITIL 4 Foundation or at least ITIL V3 Foundation certificate.

* Basic Project Management skills.

Compensation and Work Details

* Work Location: Taguig or Makati

* Work Set-up: RTWO (Return to Office) / Hybrid

* Shift: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

* Salary Range: 75, ,000 PHP Basic.

* Must be amenable to working from the Taguig or Makati office location.
