Responsibilities:

We are looking for a
CLINIC NURSE or CLINIC ASSIST
who will report directly to the Clinic Supervisor and will perform duties and responsibilities in accordance to the Company's business activities and as assigned by your superior(s). You will also perform duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time, that are vital to the operation of the center or for enrichment, training, and career growth.

  • Provides exceptional patient care within a highly regulated and constantly changing environment.
  • Ensures the pre and post-op pictures of patients are taken
  • Prepares the consent form for the Physician and ensures that the form is signed by the patient
  • Prepares the Doctor's room and makes sure that all medicines, supplies and other needed documents are available before the procedure
  • Assists the Physician during the procedures
  • Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting physician orders; detecting therapeutic incompatibilities.
  • Monitors and ensures proper care of machines used by the Physicians
  • Performs Facials and other Body Treatments not done by the Physicians
  • Performs Injections and administers other medicines as per Physician's instructions
  • Reports any complaints that cannot be resolved at the clinic supervisor level to the General Manager
  • A brand ambassador to staff, colleagues, patients, community and target market
  • Ensures minimum wait time to our patients
  • Makes proper endorsement of the patient and Patient's chart to personnel in charge for payment settlement
  • Coordinates with the Clinic Assistant about the schedule of patient for follow up consult
  • Updates patients' charts as needed
  • Attends to patients and customers in the clinic
  • Performs a variety of tasks to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling appointments of patients
  • Answer basic customer questions
  • Other tasks that may be occasionally assigned

Key Competencies:

  • A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent
  • Registered Nurse is
    not required
    but is ideal
  • Previous experience working in hospital, medical group, or caregiving work is a plus
  • Knowledgeable of computers, systems and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, data base, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, billing systems, and other application packages
  • Results oriented and puts the interest of the organization first
  • Transparent, credible, and focused on relationship building
  • Has a sense of urgency
  • Can thrive in an environment of rapid change while effectively managing pressure in an effective and professional manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing
