What you'll be doing

  • Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures by passing instruments, holding suction devices, and maintaining a clean and organised work area
  • Sterilising and preparing dental instruments and equipment in accordance with strict infection control protocols
  • Greeting and welcoming patients, and guiding them through check-in and check-out processes
  • Updating and maintaining accurate patient records and treatment information
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient queries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner

What we're looking for

  • With at least 1 year of relevant experience in a dental clinic or hospital setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients in a caring and reassuring manner
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of dental equipment, materials, and software applications
  • A genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of patient care
