- Purchase Order Management: Prepare, issue, and monitor purchase orders (POs) based on approved purchase requisitions.
- Supplier Coordination: Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate terms, and manage the overall relationship with vendors.
- Inventory Management: Plan material requirements and ensure the consistent availability of direct and indirect materials to maintain optimal stock levels.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Advantage with purchasing work experienced
- Computer literate
- Can work under pressure
- With good communication skills
- CAN START ASAP
