Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources OJT, located in the Philippines. The Human Resources OJT will be responsible for assisting the HR team with day-to-day tasks such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. The role will also involve support in HR management activities.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
