We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals (fresh graduates are welcome) who are eager to grow their career in a global financial services and shared services environment. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service by handling inquiries, requests, and complaints primarily through chat. You will also support translations between Dutch and English to ensure accuracy and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers via chat support in Dutch.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client requests, inquiries, and complaints while adhering to compliance and risk guidelines.
  • Translate chats and other written communication between Dutch and English to assist both customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and subject matter experts to resolve uncommon or complex customer queries.
  • Contribute to the organization's knowledge base by documenting solutions and sharing best practices.
  • Take ownership of customer interactions and ensure follow-through until resolution is achieved.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service performance metrics.
  • Ensure work is performed in line with established processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
  • Work flexible schedules, including mid-shift, night shift, weekends, and holidays, with openness to overtime when necessary.

Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates or applicants with up to 1 year of professional experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in written Dutch and strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow structured processes and workflows.
  • Highly collaborative and a strong team player.
  • Resilient and results-driven, able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Willing to work on rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
