About the role

ADISH INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION' is seeking a dedicated Game Support Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role, allowing you to work mostly at home with a flexible arrangement to work on-site, providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our valued gaming customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat channels
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues related to our gaming platforms and applications
  3. Provide step-by-step guidance and support to help customers navigate our products and services
  4. Identify and escalate complex issues to the team for further investigation and resolution
  5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and document resolutions
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, updates, and industry trends to provide informed support
  7. Familiarity with team workflows and product or game specifications is required
  8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field of study is acceptable for this position
  2. Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
  4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  5. Adaptable and quick-learning, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing technologies and customer needs
  6. Experience with customer service platforms, ticketing systems, and basic troubleshooting tools is a plus—but we also welcome quick learners with a strong willingness to grow
  7. Above-average written English skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  8. A passion for gaming or basic gaming awareness and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences
  9. Must be open to working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  10. Must be willing to work once a month on-site located in Makati City with a flexible arrangement between Mondays-Fridays only in a regular shift schedule (Hybrid work arrangement); the rest of the work days will be work-from-home (decent and stable internet connection is required and work unit will be provided by the company)
