The Platform Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, monitoring, and maintenance of the bank's digital platforms and core systems. To ensure system stability, timely transaction processing, and compliance with operational standards. It also involves coordination with internal stakeholders to support business continuity and the delivery of seamless digital banking services.

Job Description:

  • Translation and Communication: Convert technical and operational jargon into understandable terms for stakeholders. Facilitate and participate in meetings with clients and other departments to ensure clear communication and understanding of technical concepts and operational updates.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure accurate and efficient translation of technical updates and system changes.
  • Training and Support: Assist in training staff on new systems, processes, and technologies. Provide ongoing support to address any questions or issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all translated materials meet the highest standards of clarity and accuracy. Conduct regular reviews and updates as necessary.
  • Incident Management: Quickly respond to and resolve operational issues such as vouchers, banners, announcements, etc.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on platform performance, user activity, and other channels or key metrics. Use insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Social Media Cooperation: Manage social media cooperation channels, including implementing cooperative activities, preparing activity plans, reporting activities, distributing rewards, and resolving user issues.
  • KOL Management: Oversee KOL (Key Opinion Leader) cooperation groups. Guide KOLs to register on the OwnBank app, produce promotional videos, oversee content review, and manage cooperation rewards distribution and data synchronization.
  • Vouchers and Notifications: Create and send out vouchers and push notifications as part of promotional or informational campaigns.
  • In-App Content: Develop and manage announcements, advisories, and banners within the app to ensure effective communication with users.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of any four (4) years business related course

Experience(s): At least three (3) years work−related experience. Banking operations, IT operations, or digital banking platforms is a plus.

Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with core banking systems and payment platforms (ATM, POS, online/mobile), understanding of transaction processing, clearing, and settlement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
