DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manages and oversees the movement and storage of products inside the warehouse.
  • Organizes the dispatch and deliveries of goods to customer or consignee.
  • Responsible for overseeing the warehouse, goods handling, material handling, inventory management process, customer service and transportation.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocol.
  • Motivates, organizes and encourages teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
  • Ensures Company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding transportation and warehousing.
  • Provides relevant reports to management and principal.
  • Develops system to improve efficiency
  • Implements health and safety protocols in accordance to labor standards.
  • Assist the immediate head on any duties and responsibility will be assign to this position
  • Function with shared service capability across business entities within the group.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Administration/ Marketing/ Accounting or its equivalent, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years work experience in managerial level in warehousing and logistics.
  • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software ex. SAP.
  • With strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills
  • Must be willing to work in Mapulang, Lupa Valenzuela City
  • Can start immediately
