Key Responsibilities
1. Organize and Coordinate Work
- Define project implementation scope and create detailed rollout and time plans.
- Coordinate with ASP Management, Customer, and Project Manager for rollout execution.
- Secure internal and external resource capacity based on rollout requirements.
- Manage the call-off process for supplier purchase orders and internal resource requests.
- Conduct progress meetings with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely progress reporting and clear information flow.
- Provide support across multiple service areas as a senior expert.
2. Drive Implementation Improvements
- Ensure all processes, ways of working (WoW), and instructions are clearly defined and implemented.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for quality, EHS, and security performance.
- Identify improvement areas and drive process changes and updates accordingly.
- Take corrective action on quality, EHS, and security issues.
- Implement new ways of working and updated procedures when necessary.
- Coordinate customer KPI requirements for site audits and inspections of high-risk activities.
- Support and lead improvement initiatives across multiple service areas as a senior expert.
3. Handle Work Orders and Compensation
- Manage and resolve change requests (CRs) from suppliers, including approval of Fast Track (site variance) CRs.
- Monitor and control compensation requests across projects.
- Recommend purchasing model adjustments based on findings.
- Facilitate compensation claims from customers through appropriate channels.
- Provide senior-level support across multiple service areas.
4. Manage Acceptance Procedures
- Define and agree on acceptance procedures with customers and project managers.
- Establish acceptance processes for suppliers and monitor compliance.
- Oversee punch list resolutions from internal acceptances.
- Implement and monitor performance measurements to evaluate project outcomes.
- Take action on poor performance and non-compliance issues.
- Support multiple service areas as a senior expert.
5. Assurance of Implementation Work
- Ensure full compliance with EHS and security standards in all project activities.
- Verify that all site work adheres to customer and company (Ericsson) directives and standards.
- Conduct daily EHS risk assessments across active sites.
- Implement procedures for issue resolution, including reporting and escalation of EHS and security breaches.
- Initiate investigations as needed and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and act on change orders, deviations, and audit results.
- Oversee site audits and inspections for high-risk activities using the Global Site Safety Inspection checklist.
- Provide cross-service area support as a senior expert.
6. Manage Workforce
- Define and manage the implementation workforce scope according to project contracts and plans.
- Develop and revise project budgets for rollout activities.
- Track costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Report progress and deviations to management.
- Ensure all ASPs and engaged subcontractors comply with global and local legal, financial, and operational directives.
- Provide support across multiple service areas as a senior expert.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site acquisition, rollout management, or telecom project management.
- Strong understanding of EHS, quality, and security compliance standards.
- Proven experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and customer interfaces.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in project planning tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel to project sites as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php100, Php109,000.00 per month
