Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and execute sales strategies to grow corporate partnerships by identifying and pursuing opportunities in the assigned territory to expand the organization's client base, focusing on corporate accounts such as pharmaceutical companies, banks, universities, LGUs, and MICE
  • Manages Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) by establishing strong partnerships, optimizing revenue streams and ensuring brand visibility across platforms
  • Handles corporate groups and manages the accreditation process for LGUs and corporate accounts, ensuring compliance and seamless booking processes
  • Maintains strong client partnerships through consistent engagement, offering tailored travel solutions to meet corporate needs
  • Leads sales presentations, product updates and bidding process for corporate clients
  • Monitors corporate booking needs, sales performance and market demands to drive incremental revenue
  • Collaborates with internal teams (reservations, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless corporate account management
  • Represents Sunlight Air at trade shows, corporate events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility
  • Oversees and grows the sales distribution network by strengthening relationships with travel agencies and identifying new sales channels
  • Recruits, onboards and nurtures relationships with reliable and hi-potential travel agencies to maximize sales output
  • Manages and oversees the accreditation process for travel agencies, ensuring compliance with Sunlight Air's requirements
  • Conducts regular training sessions and product updates to inform agencies on Sunlight Air's promotions, offerings and incentives
  • Designs and implements sales programs to drive agency engagement and maximize ticket sales
  • Assists and manage all Sales Executives assigned to outstation locations to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to achieve targets
  • Evaluates agency performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations for growth
  • Ensures smooth execution of sales distribution, supply control, quality assurance and administrative tasks
  • Works closely with travel agency partners to promote new and unplanned routes, increasing Sunlight Air's marketing presence
  • Leads sales initiatives and collaborates with the Sales Executive team to drive revenue growth and meet incremental sales targets
  • Provides guidance and support to the Sales Executive team, shares best practices, offers constructive feedback, ensuring an engaged, high-performance team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • With at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Independent, yet with high ability to work effectively with a diverse team
