  • l Report and investigate all accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • l Prepare detailed incident and safety reports for management.
  • l Recommend corrective and preventive measures.
  • l Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientation, and refresher training for all personnel.
  • l Promote safety awareness and best practices across all project sites.
  • l Prepare and submit regular safety reports to management and regulatory agencies.
  • l Ensure emergency procedures, signage, and equipment (e.g., fire extinguishers, first aid kits) are in place and maintained.
  • l Lead emergency drills and coordinate with local authorities when needed.
  • l Coordinate with the Project Engineer, Site Supervisor, and HR for health and safety compliance.
  • l Participate in safety audits and management meetings.
  • Ensure that subcontractors and suppliers follow company safety policies.
