About the role

  • 11-16 Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Doña Remedios Trinidad Bulacan. As a full-time Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and well-being of our employees on construction sites. This is a crucial role in our organization as we are committed to providing a safe working environment for all.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures
  • Providing safety training and education to all employees
  • Investigating and reporting on any incidents or accidents that occur
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to safety activities

What we're looking for;

  • Proven experience as a Safety Officer or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address safety concerns
  • Proficient in using safety-related software and technology
  • Relevant safety certifications or training (e.g. COSH, BOSH, HYRAC)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php23,000.00 per month
