Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor multiple projects to ensure targets, schedules, and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in the planning and design of health facilities, ensuring alignment with medical, architectural, and engineering standards.
  • Facilitate coordination and communication among clients, principals, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare, process, and manage all necessary permits, papers, and documentation for project implementation.
  • Support in project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
  • Track progress and prepare regular project updates and reports.
  • Identify and assist in addressing project risks and potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to the project management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination or management support roles.
  • Experience in health facility design and planning is required.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Skilled in document processing and administrative management.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Auto CAD).
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and pleasing personality.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
