About the role

As a Technical Sales Manager at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. This full-time position, based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, will see you leveraging your technical expertise and sales acumen to build strong relationships with clients and secure new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to proposal development and contract negotiations Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their needs are thoroughly understood and addressed Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering and delivery, to deliver exceptional customer experiences Contribute to the development of sales tools, resources and processes to enhance the overall sales effectiveness Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account management and new client acquisition Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and client requirements to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or IT-related industry Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics and client relationship management Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex technical information into compelling sales proposals Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field preferred Familiarity with the IT services industry and solutions for enterprise clients is an advantage
