Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience level: Mid Level

Major Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts' email.
  • Sending invoices to clients.
  • Closing and uploading to the Portal (CityFM)
  • Processing of payroll and other related payroll queries.
  • Checking of invoices that need to be paid.
  • Creating payment payable summary report.
  • Creating an ABA file for processing.
  • Sending of remittances.
  • Month end Statement of Reconciliation
  • Month end Scheduling Payments
  • Updating of Invoice status
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets i.e., Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with accounting software, i.e., Xero
  • Excellent communication skills are both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail, organization skills, and proactivity.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • A good sense of accountability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Project Management software i.e., simPRO
