
Finance Assistant

Work Arrangement: Office Based (Clark, Pampanga)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience level: Mid Level
Major Responsibilities:
- Managing accounts' email.
- Sending invoices to clients.
- Closing and uploading to the Portal (CityFM)
- Processing of payroll and other related payroll queries.
- Checking of invoices that need to be paid.
- Creating payment payable summary report.
- Creating an ABA file for processing.
- Sending of remittances.
- Month end Statement of Reconciliation
- Month end Scheduling Payments
- Updating of Invoice status
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets i.e., Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency with accounting software, i.e., Xero
- Excellent communication skills are both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, organization skills, and proactivity.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- A good sense of accountability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Project Management software i.e., simPRO
