Position Title: Finance Assistant

Work Set Up: Work from Home

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant Consultant to join our R&D team. This role is ideal for an individual with strong analytical and organizational skills and an interest in tax, technology, and project coordination.

What Youll Do:

  • Schedule client meetings, interviews, and internal team discussions

  • Maintain and organize client files, documentation, and communication logs

  • Input and manage data within internal software systems and excel spreadsheets

  • Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial and technical data and documentation from clients

  • Quantitative calculations: assist with the preparation of R&D tax credit

  • Data analysis of Payroll, GLs, Capitalization reports, time tracking, etc.

  • Support the drafting of technical project narratives to describe qualified research activities

What Were Looking For:

  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe and Alteryx

  • Strong written and oral communication (English)

  • Preferred background in tax, accounting, or project coordination. Big 4 or similar preferred.

  • Strong ability to multi-task in a deadline driven environment

  • Experience with financial data analysis and technical writing
