Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finance Division Head in managing all controllership functions in the areas of Casino Cage Operations and Casino Accounting, Audit, and Transaction Services.
  • Oversee risk management, statutory compliance, and financial regulatory requirements, developing strategies to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Supervise the accuracy and quality of financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards while providing insights to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to align financial controls with the company's strategic goals and drive the development of valuable business and management reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with at least five (5) years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the casino industry.
  • Proficient in preparing and reviewing stand-alone and consolidated financial statements, financial analyses, and various accounting and enterprise management systems.
  • Strong understanding of finance audit standards, business management principles, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to recognize and address potential issues.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English, coupled with advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical, task, and time management abilities.
