What You'll Do: Achieve 99.5% DIFOT (Delivery in Full and On Time) for all customer and inter-warehouse shipments Ensure >95% on-time inbound delivery rate from suppliers Track and optimize 3PL cost per delivery and drop point Supervise daily warehouse operations including dispatch planning and manpower coordination Implement 5S, safety standards, and ensure audit and process compliance Coordinate with Planning, Sales, and Procurement teams to align dispatch schedules Identify process bottlenecks and lead cost- or time-saving improvements Maintain order accuracy, documentation, and real-time inventory movement What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3–5 years experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in FMCG Experience supervising teams, including 3PL or agency manpower Proficiency in WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite) and Excel-based reporting Strong foundation in dispatch planning, transport coordination, and warehouse controls Familiar with 5S practices, safety protocols, and productivity tools Leadership skills with a strong sense of urgency, discipline, and accountability Problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement Why Join DEG?#2 Best Place to Work in the Philippines and #8 in Asia Pacific (2024) Play a mission-critical role in powering our logistics backbone Enjoy a high-performance culture that values ownership, systems, and integrity Be part of a bold mission:100 million DEG products by 2031 Competitive compensation, performance-based incentives, and career progression Ready to move goods at the speed of trust and excellence?
