HIRING: Real Estate Cold Caller – New Construction Development Deals (Remote)

We're looking for an experienced and motivated real estate cold caller to help us find off-market land and residential properties suitable for new construction and development projects across Long Island New York.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for calling homeowners and landowners to identify potential opportunities where we can purchase properties for development. This includes building rapport, overcoming objections, and collecting key property and motivation details that help our acquisitions team take the next step. One is also responsible for taking note of potential seller's timelines, and following up with them until they are ready to move forward.

EXTENSIVE training, course modules, role playing, and cold calling education purchased from reputable RE Acquisition company will be provided to both hires. Great opportunity to improve your skillset and become the best at what you do.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to targeted homeowners and landowners using provided lists and scripts
  • Identify motivated sellers open to selling their property for new construction or development
  • Follow up with potential sellers on a daily basis to stay top of mind
  • Qualify leads by gathering information on zoning, acreage, location, motivation, and timeline
  • Accurately log details and call notes in our CRM
  • Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments with our acquisitions team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of cold calling experience in real estate
  • Specific experience calling for development or land deals is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to stay on the phone, overcome objections, and uncover hidden information
  • Excellent English communication skills — clear, confident, and personable
  • Access to a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a calling setup (dialer/headset)

Compensation

$5–$7 per hour (based on experience)

+$500 bonus for every deal that closes from your calls

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving real estate and development team - Pro Home Buyers LLC. Opportunity to get a promotion to managerial position and or appointment setter with a raise after 3 months if good performance.
