Position Overview
The Senior Appointment Setter plays a vital role in driving lead generation and sales pipeline growth. You will identify and connect with potential clients — including salons, barbershops, and beauty businesses — through proactive outbound outreach. Your goal is to introduce the company's platform, build interest, and schedule qualified appointments for the Australian-based sales team.
This is a full-time, performance-driven role ideal for a motivated professional with proven experience in outbound B2B sales, particularly within SaaS or service-based industries that cater to small businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and follow-ups to salons, barbershops, and beauty businesses across Australia.
- Use the company's CRM system to log activities, manage pipelines, and track lead progress.
- Present the platform's value proposition clearly and confidently.
- Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria (e.g., business type, booking systems, pain points).
- Schedule product demos and appointments for the Australian Sales Team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies, sales scripts, and targeting criteria.
- Maintain professional, persuasive, and customer-focused communication at all times.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead quality, and conversion targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound B2B cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferably SaaS or service-based).
- Proven track record of success in generating leads for software or technology platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Familiarity with the hair, beauty, or salon industry (preferred but not required).
- Hands-on experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
- High level of motivation, confidence, and resilience when handling objections or rejection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Location:
