Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate will take ownership of our SEO strategy, Google Ads campaigns, Google Local Search optimization, and overall website performance to ensure maximum visibility, traffic, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and remarketing).
  • Optimize and maintain Google Local Search/Google Business Profile listings for improved local rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.
  • Analyze website data and user behavior to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with web developers, content creators, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
  • Monitor, report, and present campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile optimization.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Tag Manager.
  • Experience with website optimization (WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
