Overview

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Visual Content Specialist to lead the creation, production, and management of engaging digital content. This role combines video production, graphic design, and social media management to bring brand stories to life across multiple digital platforms.

Must Have's

  • 3+ years of experience in video production and editing
  • Solid understanding of graphic design principles (color, typography, composition)
  • Strong background in social media management (content creation, publishing, engagement)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing communications (web and social platforms)
  • Website management experience (WordPress, GoDaddy, Exabytes)
  • Copywriting and content optimization skills
  • Knowledge of social analytics and data-driven content iteration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week in MT/PHT time zone

Nice-to-Haves/Preferred

  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, PR, or related field
  • Specialized training in video production or graphic design

We Are Looking For The Following Specific Requirements

  • Experience in video editing, transitions, and post-production polish
  • Strong understanding of digital content platforms and social algorithms
  • Proven track record managing multiple social media accounts
  • Excellent ability to craft native content across platforms
  • Experience creating both long-form and short-form content

Your Responsibilities Will Include (But Are Not Limited To):

  • Research digital trends and develop fresh content ideas
  • Draft content briefs/scripts for video and campaign planning
  • Produce and edit engaging video content (pre-production through post-production)
  • Create graphics, carousels, and thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines
  • Manage social media scheduling and publishing (10–15 posts monthly)
  • Update website content and images regularly
  • Respond to social media engagement and nurture brand voice
  • Track KPIs (engagement, reach, watch time, follower growth) and provide actionable reports

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
