Responsibilities:

  • Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, security settings, and configuration of standard objects.
  • Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to business users and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage code merging using GitHub and support CI/CD processes, including production deployments.
  • Take ownership of technical issues related to Salesforce, including troubleshooting and coordinating with relevant support teams.
  • Communicate incident progress and resolution status to business stakeholders.
  • Develop and debug Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to address minor bugs and extend Salesforce functionality as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and development.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Familiarity with GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technical teams.
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig with onsite setup, shifting schedule
