Job Summary

The Pre Sales Salesforce Engineer is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and

roadmap of Salesforce-based solutions across the organization. This role bridges business needs

and technical capabilities—ensuring that Salesforce products and features are optimized to

deliver maximum value to users and clients.

The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business

stakeholders, developers, and architects, to design and enhance scalable Salesforce solutions

that support digital transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

● Define and own the product roadmap for Salesforce-based systems (Sales Cloud,

Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

● Partner with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into

scalable Salesforce solutions.

● Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of Salesforce enhancements,

ensuring alignment with business goals.

● Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce products — from ideation, design, and

development to release and adoption.

● Conduct requirement gathering sessions, user story creation, and backlog

grooming.

● Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to implement new

functionalities and integrations.

● Ensure data quality, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

● Track KPIs and user adoption metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

● Stay updated with Salesforce releases and features to recommend innovations and

improvements.

● Manage communication with stakeholders, providing regular product updates and

documentation.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management,

or related field.

● At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce-related roles, with 2+ years in product

management or solution ownership.

● Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integrations.

● Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

● Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

● Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud

Consultant, or Platform App Builder are a plus.

Preferred Skills

● Experience in Salesforce customization and configuration (flows, validation rules,

workflows).

● Familiarity with API integrations, Apex, and Lightning Components.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Background in enterprise CRM implementation projects is highly desirable.
