Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and process transportation liquidations and petty cash usage
- Review and process cash advance requests (approval from Accounting Head)
- Oversee rentals, renewals, utilities, and building maintenance
- Supervise perimeter security and ensure safety of employees
- Maintain company vehicles, internet connection, and office equipment
- Track water and electricity consumption
- Monitor manpower and employee attendance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and reporting skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments
- Must be residing near Mexico, Pampanga
Job Type: Full-time
