About the role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc.', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities in Mauban, Quezon. This full-time position requires an experienced individual who can effectively oversee a team of housekeepers and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team
  • Inspect rooms, public areas and other facilities to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Identify and address any issues or areas for improvement in the housekeeping operations
  • Provide training and guidance to the housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housekeeping activities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly to address any issues that arise
