Position: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (REE)

Job Description:

1. Technical Supervision & Compliance

  • Oversee electrical maintenance activities in compliance with RA 7920.
  • Ensure adherence to PEC Code, ANSI standards, and company safety protocols.
  • Provide direct technical supervision, especially during critical tasks.
  • Prepare daily and weekly maintenance reports and coordinate with SMB representatives.

2. Team Management

  • Supervise a team including electricians, a safety officer, and NCII-certified support staff.
  • Ensure proper task delegation, attendance, and timely completion of SAP-generated maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain on-call availability during holidays, emergencies, or production-critical issues.

3. Maintenance Activities

  • Monitor and manage condition and repair of:
  • Low voltage motors (480 units)
  • MCCs (soft starters and VFDs)
  • Plant lighting systems (high bay lamps, switches)
  • Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)
  • Pneumatic valves and actuators
  • Power centers, substations, and transformer units

4. Quality Assurance

  • Ensure high-quality workmanship in all maintenance tasks.
  • Coordinate warranty coverage (6 months for motors, 1 month for lighting).
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all activities and abnormalities.

5. Tool and Equipment Oversight

  • Ensure all PPE, tools, and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, meggers, thermal scanners) are available and in good condition.
  • Monitor monthly consumables and ensure continuous supply.

6. Regulatory and Plant Compliance

  • Enforce San Miguel Brewery's safety, housekeeping, and no-smoking policies.
  • Ensure restoration and repainting of any affected epoxy floors or work areas.

Work Setup:

  • Location: San Miguel Brewery, Sta. Rosa, Laguna (near Coca-Cola Plant)
  • Workdays: Monday to Sunday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday and Sunday are considered OT)
  • Start Date: This coming Monday (urgent requirement)

Compensation:

  • Daily Rate: ₱1,200.00
  • Daily Allowance: ₱150.00
  • Government Mandatories: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth – processed upon onboarding

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From Php31,200.00 per month
