Job Summary

The Sewing Production Supervisor will oversee daily sewing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and timelines are consistently met. This role is responsible for managing sewing line leaders/workers, monitoring efficiency, and implementing continuous improvements in the production process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate sewing production activities on the line.
  • Ensure achievement of daily/weekly production targets.
  • Monitor product quality and enforce compliance with company standards.
  • Train, guide, and motivate sewing operators to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Resolve production issues, machine concerns, and manpower allocation.
  • Coordinate with Production Assistant Manager and other departments for smooth workflow.
  • Prepare and submit production reports as required.
  • Implement and maintain safety, discipline, and good housekeeping on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineer or any equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3–5 years' experience in garment/sewing production, with supervisory background.
  • Strong knowledge of sewing techniques, machines, and production flow.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site at the factory.
