As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized, detail-driven, and proactive ISO SUPERVISOR/DCC to support our team and help drive daily operations with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Together with the ISO team, ensures compliance with the Philippine National Standards
  • Plans, schedules, and ensures that internal and process audits are performed
  • Assists the ISO team during internal and external audits
  • Ensures that all requirements and documents are available during audits
  • Assists in preparation of audit plans, programs, checklists, etc.
  • Coordinates audit results to department heads and process owners
  • Assists in coordinating audit findings to auditees
  • Ensures that corrective actions are implemented and executed
  • Monitors issuance of non-conformance reports
  • Assists in reviewing Company policies and procedures
  • Establish an effective documentation and file management system
  • Conducts awareness training and/or orientation to newly hired employees
  • Supports in ensuring that the quality policy and company -wide procedures are implemented
  • Monitors the implementation of 5s and good housekeeping
  • Maintains and safekeeps documents, records, files, etc.
  • Performs administrative and clerical duties such as encoding, filing, scanning, etc.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under minimal supervision.
