Responsibilities:

  • Processes payroll
  • Processes Accounts Payable, maintains Petty Cash, documents all invoices, receipts, etc., and provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing report.
  • Receives and documents all Accounts Payable items (invoices, bills, statements, receipts).
  • Manages Petty Cash account, reimbursements, and request for replacement of funds.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information into Excel.
  • Keeps timely and accurate records of all transactions, documented via scanning.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Contributed to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other tasks may be assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Have at least 2 years' experience in accounting
  • Can work during graveyard shift and holidays
  • Can work under pressure
  • Have knowledge in payroll and BIR stuff
