Location: Cebu City

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to mortgage servicing
  • Assist customers with billing, loan inquiries, payment schedules, escrow, and interest rates
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Educate customers on mortgage policies and procedures
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with mortgage servicing standards and regulations
  • Meet performance targets on call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • At least a High School Graduate (College Level or Graduates preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO experience in Billing, Collections, or a related account
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
  • Can start immediately
