Job Summary:

We are seeking friendly and efficient dining staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests. Dining staff are responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is courteous, attentive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and present menus
  • Take accurate food and drink orders
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area and tables
  • Handle payments and process transactions
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
  • Follow health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
