Job Overview:
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Trainer to design and deliver training programs that empower our sales team to achieve peak performance in property sales. This role focuses on developing skills in client engagement, negotiation, market knowledge, and sales techniques tailored to the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for developing talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement real estatefocused sales training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions on property sales techniques, market trends, client engagement, and negotiation.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales agents to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and create development plans.
  • Stay updated with real estate industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain training records and prepare progress and performance reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate Management, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, training, or sales leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of property sales processes, negotiation strategies, and client relationship management.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with sales agents and motivate teams to succeed.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, real estate CRM, and training tools is an advantage.
