Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategic Sourcing Manager located in Pasig. The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for evaluating and managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement activities. Additionally, the role includes developing and maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring supply chain efficiency, and optimizing costs while meeting the company's quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Management skills
  • Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Procurement activities
  • Experience in Supplier Development
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the construction, waste management, and real estate industries is a plus
