Daily Responsibilities:
- Respond to client calls, reply to emails and attend meetings if necessary
- Document daily administrative tasks; maintain the record and files
- Does encoding, filing & sorting of documents,
- Provides office support to the department assigned to,
- Willing to do multi tasking office functions,
- Shall perform administrative functions,
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates of Business or Office Management courses,
- Previous working experience as Office Staff will be an advantage, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel,
- Excellent encoding skills,
- Excellent organizational and time management
- Multi-tasking aptitude
- Willing to work or relocate in Makati City
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 7 months
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
