Office Staff (Clerical Assistant)

Two (2) Positions Available

Reports to: Admin Supervisor / Head of Finance 

Location: Makati (Hybrid)

Job Summary

The Office Staff provides general clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role handles filing, organizing documents, sorting receipts, and assisting with various basic tasks across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain paper files, receipts, and office documents.

  • Sort, compile, and label receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents for accounting use.

  • Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and printing.

  • Assist in messengerial duties, document delivery, and office errands when needed.

  • Keep office supplies organized and report items that need replenishment.

  • Provide basic support to different teams for simple, repetitive tasks.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.

  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate (Senior High is a plus).

  • No work experience required; willing to learn and can follow instructions.

  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Can handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) is an advantage but not required.
