As an HR Generalist, you are tasked to:
• Be the first point of contact for HR topics coming from employees, management and external partners
• Handle the smooth daily HR, office and country support operations and well as ad hoc projects and topics
• Support employees' consulting about employment and local law regulations and company policies
• Maintain and update the relevant HR documentation, reports and employee personnel files and ensure data accuracy in Company internal system.
• Manage the full HR life cycle - Assist in onboarding ensuring timely completion of new hire documentation, systems set up, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and support payroll coordination and ensure accuracy of payroll
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage employee records, maintain an accurate HR database, conduct regular data validations, and ensure complete and well-documented records. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
• Assist in internal HR communications, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate updates on policies and programs.
• Acts as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and endorse, which may include Company Group Insurance provider
• Assists in conducting due process in handling offenses committed by an employee
• Assists in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through coaching and discipline, hearing and resolving grievances, and counseling
• Manage the efficient use and inventory of office supplies and equipment
• Provide general administrative support and other duties reasonably necessary for the performance of HR and logistics-related functions as may be required by the business
• Plans, organizes, and executes employee engagement, such as company events and activities
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management.
- 2-4 years' experience as HR Generalist role
- Must be adept in the Philippines Labor Law provisions, including human relations and employee rights
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Broad human resource generalist knowledge of Employee Recordkeeping, Benefits Administration, Performance Management and Employee Relations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Willing to go to office in SM North EDSA, North Tower 1 (but employee is entitled for 60 days WFH per year - will be pro-rated in the meantime if hired late of the year already)
