Role Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce Store Manager to join our fast-growing online business. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, including customer service, order fulfillment, inventory management, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in Shopify, capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process and track orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently through Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for shipping and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Update and manage inventory records accurately using Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Assist with creating and editing marketing or visual assets using Canva (preferred).
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Stay adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Shopify (required).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (required).
  • Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for daily workflow support.
  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory, logistics, and customer service processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ShipStation.
  • Basic design skills using Canva.
  • Previous experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce setting.
